Adriana is also selling her Guided Relaxation CD’s for only $10.00! The CD consists of three parts: Centering, Warmups, and A Guided Relaxation. You may wish to do all of these together or separately. Either way, she hopes you enjoy this CD as much as she has enjoyed creating it!
