Four : Eleven Pottery

 

Lindsay Marr creates wheel thrown pottery in her tiny studio in Windsor, Ontario. 

​

Her one of a kind pieces are high fired using stoneware clay and glazed by hand

using a variety of techniques. 

​

Drawing inspiration from her Roma heritage, gothic art and the galaxies, her works convey a modern and mystical aesthetic. 

​

Experimenting with surface design and creating brighter and bolder glazes is the most exciting part of her process.  

​

Lindsay has attended courses at Haliburton School of Art & Design and Pewabic Education Studio in Detroit, Michigan.
